Active transport requires energy while osmosis and diffusion require a concentration difference between the call and it’s surroundings
Ответ:
1) Active Transport is the movement of water molecules from the region of lower concentration to the region of higher concentration. This movement is against the concentration gradient. As the molecules are moving from less concentrated to the more concentrated region it acquires energy to move the molecules because the molecules are moving towards the MORE CROWDED region so ofcourse there will be resistance thus energy is provided in the form of ATP for this movement.
ANSWER: 2Simple Definition of Osmosis and DiffusionOsmosis The Movement of water molecules from the region of higher concentration to the region of lower concentration through the semi permeable membrane, without any use of ATP/
Diffusion The movement of molecules from the region of higher concentration to region of lower concentration
HOW IS ACTIVE TRANSPORT DIFFERENT FROM OSMOSIS AND DIFFUSIONThe Active Transport requires the ATP whereas the Diffusion and osmosis donot require it. Why dont osmosis and diffusion require the ATP?
In simpler words because The molecules are moving to the less crowded region so there will be no resistance so they will easily move to it.

answer:
The slime molds are important to ecosystems because they are decomposers, which release vital nutrients back into the environment. You could say life on Earth depends on the protists because they supply us with oxygen, are critical organisms in food chains, and recycle important nutrients for other life forms to use.
