A line graph
A line graph is a graphical representation of information that changes with respect to time. It displays data in the form of points or markers which can be joined with a line to show increase or decrease in a particular factor with respect to time. Omar studies the effect of a drought on the water level in a pond. He takes a reading of the water depth at the same location in the pond every day for the duration of drought. Line graph can be useful to depict changes in the water level during drought with respect to number of days he observed the water level.
