The logic/rationale on this scenario would be that; she might fell from the bed or from her chair without the supervision from whoever she is with; she might want to reach out a toy from where she is then she might fell off; she’s having tantrums and been calling attention from whom she is with. Her arm will be braced or cast until it will fully be healed. The emergency nurse will calm the little girl by giving her some stuff while she is being assessed for her broken arm.
