The human testes is perfectly placed in the scrotum rather than in the abdomen because the human testes can be very sensitive, It needs the right temperature for the sperm cells so it does not get ruined or disturb. Also, it would be very fast and easier for the sperm cells to be released from the testes.

This happens because in prokaryotes (including bacteria) both translation and transcription occur in the cytoplasm while in eukaryotes those processes are separated in space. Transcription and translation in prokaryotes are continuous and simultaneous processes. Transcription in eukaryotes is separated from translation. Transcription occurs in the nucleus where the formed transcript proceeds and then transported to the cytoplasm where translation occurs.
