Family history:Michael and Elizabeth Manning are young newly married couple they are planning on starting their family, but are concerned because Tritanopia has occurred in both of their families. They visit a genetic counselor and provide the following family history:

Michael has normal vision. His mother has the condition. His father doesn't but his father's sister does. neither of his paternal grandparents are affected.He is unsure about his maternal grandparents. Elizabeth has Tritanopia but, she knows no one else in your family does.
