When she thinks about choices she made and what she has witness in her life is because she realizes physiologically speaking that she is aging and now there is no coming back. Due to the fact that her body is not the body of a 20 years old lady she gets tired more easily, sick more often and now she has to make changes in her diet, routine and working habits to compensate the deficiencies that come with aging.
