The animal cell did not have chloroplast. what can you infer about the animal cell?

  Chloroplasts are a plant's way of making energy. Plants are autotrophs, meaning they obtain their energy from food they make themselves. Obviously, unlike animals, plants can't eat other organisms, so they need chloroplasts to produce energy-rich nutrients. 

The two domains are eubacteria and archaebacteria. Archaebacteria are older than eubacteria (in terms of how long they have been on earth) and archaebacteria thrive in extreme environmental conditions (extreme salt, extreme temperature, high amounts of methane, etc.).
