Convections is fluids such as air and water. Hot air rises , cold air goes down. Convection move in circular motion. Example: Your freezer should be at the bottom because hot air goes up where normal freezers and cold air goes down where the fridge is.
Conduction is when you transfer heat through matter. Example: Hot tea transfers heat from hot tea to handle.
Radiation transfers heat through electromagnetics waves. Heat you can feel but not touch. Radiation doesn't require matter. Example: The sun you can feel the sun but not touch it.
