Spermiogenesis is the process by which sperms are streamlined into a head, midpiece, and tail. Spermiogenesis is divided into four stages. For example,
Maturation stage, a formation of a tail, the cap phase, Golgi phase.
Spermiogenesis being the final stage of spermatogenesis. It sees the maturation of spermatids to mature. Spermatids is less or more circular cell which contains a nucleus.
