C. Cell wall and vacuole
Bacteria are simple organisms, belong to the group of prokaryotes. A bacterial cell exhibit cell wall, which provides structural integrity and support to the the bacterial cell. The composition of the bacterial cell wall is distinct to that of other organisms, as it contain polysacchride peptidoglycan. Peptidoglycan provides rigidity to the bacterial cell, and also determines it's shape. A bacterial cell can have it's nucleus containing genetic material in the form of DNA and other organelles like vacuole. Bacterial cell do not possess a well defined membrane bound nucleus. Vacuole is a membrane bound organelle, which carries inorganic and organic liquids, enzymes and helps in cellular waste management.
The cell wall and vacuoles can be observed microscopically inside a bacterial cell.
