. After a soaking spring or fall rain, thousands of winged reproductives may swarm from the colony seeking to mate and start new colonies. However, the rain is not the trigger for swarming so much as warm temperatures, humidity and the age of the colony itself.

Anaplasia
Explanation:
The term Anaplasia came from a greek word which refers to a conditon in which cells are not differentiated in a proper way for a proper role, they donot have distinct morphological characteristics and they donot posses orientation with respect to each other.
In simple words we can say that these cells lose the ability to form specific tissues.Normally cells differentiate to form specific tissues when they mature, but during Anaplasia these cells de-differentiate and grow in larger size than a normal cell. These cells are not actively communicating with the neighboring cells and form malignant tumors in the body.
This can become an extremely dangerous condition, because the newly colonized tumors can start to grow quickly and create serious cancers in the body leading to death.
Hope it help!
