Adaption is an organisms way of surviving in new conditions. Without adaption many organisms would die. Ex. Polar bears would die if they didn’t move to cooler climates because of global warming. They adapt and react.

Somatic Nervous System:

It involves the major type of muscle called the skeletal muscle that controls support and movement of the person. Despite this, some organs share the autonomic and somatic nervous system simultaneously, e.g. the respiratory system where a person can control their breathing at times or the body controls it fully during times of stress or when the person is not thinking of controlling it.
