Why must cells constantly reproduce?

To replace dead cells
For metabolism and resperation

They are produced for growth and to replace damaged or old cells

No i dont think that all night vision animals have slit shaped pupils but i do know that the pupils of animals whom see at night do have much bigger pupils then those who see during the daytime because they need to open their pupils to see properly at night
