The speed is also known as the velocity, which would be the number of meters for every second that the car travels (m/s). To find the speed, we will need to divide the number of meters the car travels by the number of seconds it takes for the car to travel that distance.

100m / 10 sec = 10m/sec

300m / 20 sec = 15m/sec

700m / 35 sec = 20m/sec

1000m / 200 sec = 5m/sec
