In chapter 1, there are three "managerial skills" listed that a good administrative
medical assistant (maa) should possess. give a realistic medical office example of
how the maa could use one of these necessary skills.

The managerial skills usually fall under three categories :

- Technical skills
- Human skills
- Conceptual skills

One of the example is if there's a dispute between medical team members, a good MAA should use his/here Human skills to resolve that dispute
