Based on Sharon's situation, I can say that the decision that would not be a good early step is immediately looking for a storefront property for the business, and then pay her deposit up and sign a lease. This would rather create more stressor on her because aside from the amount that is going to be paid, having no definite plan on what to do next would waste so much time and she keeps on paying for the lease.
