3. Baking powder contains both sodium hydrogen carbonate, NaHCO3(s) and a safe acid such as
Tartaric acid, H2CH4O6(s). When these two compounds are mixed together in a solution, sodium
tartarate, NaHC4H406, and carbonic acid H2CO3 form. The carbonic acid then breaks down into
water and a gas that makes your cake rise.
a. Write a balanced chemical equation for each of the two reactions, then the overall reaction that
takes place.
Please help it's due in a couple of minutes it's a test please

The new volume will be 8.2 x 10⁻³ L or 0.0082 L.
Explanation:
Since our temperature remains constant, apply Boyle's Law:
P₁V₁ = P₂V₂
Plug in the initial pressure and volume on the left side, and the new pressure on the right:
9.9(1.033) = 1245(V₂)
V₂ = (9.9(1.033)) / 1245
V₂ = 8.2 x 10⁻³ L or 0.0082 L
