When enthalpy change of the reaction is endothermic and entropy change of the reaction is positive, a high T will make reaction more spontaneous (i.e. change in G becomes negative). When T is low, magnitude of enthalpy change will be greater than magnitude of (T x entropy change) and hence change in G will be positive and reaction is non-spontaneous.
