Photosphere
Explanation:
The Photosphere is the luminous surface that delimits the Sun as a star, besides being the coldest layer produces the light that is visible from the Earth. This surface is composed of a layer of gases that are subjected to strong pressures and its temperature is only (very cold compared to the of its hottest layer).
However, there is anoter layer located above the Photosphere, the chromosphere; which shines with a reddish color and consists mainly of hydrogen and helium, and some metals in neutral state.
