Given data

$V_{1}$ = 250 ml

$T_{1}$ = 25 °c

$V_{2}$ = 100 ml

$T_{2}$ = 95 °c

$V_{1} T_{1} +V_{2} T_{2} = V_{3} T_{3}$

Put all the values in above formula we get

250 × 25 + 100 × 95 = $V_{3} T_{3}$

$V_{3} T_{3}$ = 15750 ------ (1)

$V_{3} = V_{1} + V_{2}$

$V_{3} =$ 250 + 100 = 350 ml

Put this value in equation (1) we get

$T_{3} = \frac{15750}{350}$

$T_{3}$ = 45 °c

Therefore the final temperature of the mixture is = 45 °c
