well, this is a homework site, and i'd like a little more info, like are you all close in age, are you pretty good friends already? things like that.   if you are pretty good friends already, then try to let things happen naturally, but spend a little more time with him without being obvious. if you think about it a and c. are really the same answer.   good luck!
