The network described in the question above is ALL CHANNEL NETWORK ALSO CALLED STAR NETWORK. All channel network is one of the five design of communication networks. Its features include the following: members communicate with one another without restriction, it follows informal channel of communication, information move around very fast, information flow from the superior to the subordinates and the  information is restricted to their cycle.
