Important financial planning skills are important because we can never avoid the inevitable emergency cases. This also allows the money to grow through different investment schemes. They are important because of the security that they offer. 

Analytical skills - Working with portfolios and obtaining profitable results is an attribute of good financial planner. Therefore, financial planner must possess strong problem solving and mathematical skills in order to be helpful for his client.

Organizational Skills - Organizational skills can be beneficiary for time management and for income generation. Time management increases the efficiency of the services for the clients.
