Discuss the use of contrast in maya Angelou's "caged bird''​

The poem shows two birds, one of the birds are free and is able to live out in the wild, while the other is caged and is not able to live out in nature. Due to the caged birds suffering it starts to sing to cope with its suffering and to show its wanting for the same freedom the other bird has.

People with disability may not be able to do certain things, but for the most part there are things that they can do, so it doesn't mean they should just lay around and do nothing. However if there be a situation where they can't do anything, then people should come along side them and help them.
