Not everything you do is positive progress. There are enough cases when people change for the worst. For example, if you start taking drugs. It's a change of lifestyle, finance, relationships, maybe values. However, that doesn't mean it's a positive change. As it is commonly known, drugs are have a horrible influence on your life.
