How were champollion and young similar?

I would change some cultural trends for the next 10 years because the people should have more fun (Dance, singing or art). They should sign up to a cultural shop which would say when you will have the event , what day , what month and what time. Some people just do it for fun and some people do it for their religon or their backround.
