Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to sadly inform you that I no longer intend to purchase any products from your stores. My last experience was uncomfortable and frustrating, which caused it to also be the final.
Yesterday, I went back to the store located on ... Street since the microwave oven I had bought there two days ago was not functioning properly. I had been guaranteed I could come back in case of malfunctioning, and that they would exchange the product for another one. However, the manager refused to listen to my description of the problem, claiming she was sure I had somehow damaged it.
I left the store feeling I had been treated unfairly. As a customer, my rights have not been respected. I am sorry to write about a bad experience, but I believe this could be useful. Perhaps your company can avoid making the same mistake with other clients in the future.
