A, appellate and trial courts
Explanation:
The federal court system consists of three levels: district (trial) courts, circuit courts (appellate courts) and the Supreme Court of the United States.
The Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States.
The 13 Courts of Appeals sit below the Supreme Court and they determine whether or not the law was applied correctly in the trial court. All the appellate courts consists of three judges only and there is no jury.
The 94 District or Trial Courts resolve disputes in each state, the case is tried by a judge and decided by a jury. There are two special Trial Courts: The Court of International Trade and The U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
