Further Explanation:
In every successful commercial company and business, teamwork is an important facet that requires organizational skills at an individual level too. The team should be able to work out a standard way of completing the task instead of putting out several ideas at once. The final idea should contain the best elements of all proposed ideas. Teamwork is the foundation of any successful corporation as they have a good work ethic embedded in them, and in case of lapses or faults, all members of the team shall be held equally responsible. However, the leader of the team should be co-operative and responsive to the ideas put forward by team members. They should be able to inspire and encourage members to put forward their best work, and shoulder responsibilities along with them.
Teamwork is an essential step that creates an important channel of communication between the employees of the organization, thereby creating a space within which new ideas are shared, improvised upon and implemented. Team projects are well developed and cover all aspects of the project, and every team member has to co-operate and co-ordinate equally. The leader should not dominate the project, for domination shall only lead to a one-way development of the project. The team leader should be humble enough to incorporate ideas that shall be good enough for the project, and he or she should also be able to give equal credit to all of their team members. Teamwork creates a sense of shared accountability, where every member shall be accountable for the success and failures of the project.
