If it is the point of view of Sergie, his reaction is rational because he could have slept more, rested well and enjoyed his privacy rather than entertaining a kid who is just asking questions around the neighborhood. However, in a different point of view, it is irrational because it would not kill to answer a few questions from a kid who has gone round and round in filming the scenario.
