What would have been suitable for women during the Elizabethean period would be painting - d. Women have been somewhat neglected during this time and this was considered to have been the norm. They weren't being taken particularly serious and for that reason other professons weren't to be given to them. 

it means dont take advantage of being a leader , the whole idea of leading something is to be a role model , be kind , and usually people think that its ok to be rude , and too take too much courage just because their a leader or a leader , which isnt right so its basically just means dont do that i guess
