In this clip from The Incredibles(Links to an external site.), at 0:50 (50 seconds), "Splashdown" gets sucked into a low-pressure vortex. As you know, when air if flowing from high to low pressure (the vortex or a cyclone), it is deflected by the Coriolis Effect. The question: is the direction of spin of low pressure at 50 seconds in the clip correct ? Assume that the cyclone is in the Northern Hemisphere. Select the best scientific answer.
