Hi so I’m 16, a girl Later today I went to the doc and got my blood pressure took, it was 140/79. I was s CONCERNED! 5 hours later I took an at home blood pressure test and it says “126/80”. Can BP fluctuate? I was nervous when I went to the doc, can that be why my blood pressure was high?
