At last, choosing when, where and how to exercise is crucial, because we need to adapt to the environment, that way we'll be able to prepare everything, temperature, intensity and all variables related with exercising.
So, when we are going to exercise, we need to take several decisions that ensure our safety, preventing basic injuries that can happen if we don't take care.
