I’ve recently become really introverted and can’t seem to hold a conversation due to being stubborn in a way. what can i do to fix this issue?

maybe you can meditate and think about what your doing im no health teacher but this seems to help me alot.

Start small and build your way up, start by having a conversation with someone you know well and feel comfortable with if you know the person’s interest then start with that so they lead the conversation more, you might feel a little more relaxed as there talking more and not you. When they stop talking try to build on the conversation with questions, the question doesn’t have to be complex you can also add your opinion if you want to. You will probably find that when someone is talking about something they like or are interested in they will talk a lot about it and the conversation can be more organic for them and it won’t be as awkward as if you just talked about basic things. This will help you to get back talking to people with out having to talk to much yourself you mostly just have to start the conversation. Then when you feel comfortable with that you can do this with things your interest in so your now holding the conversation more and the other person is asking questions and maybe sharing there opinion. From then on you just keep doing this with more people and the same people, then keep building try new people that you might not know as well. The hardest part is starting that conversation once you have done that and keep doing it you will find that talking to people and having a conversation will come a little more natural for you it can take time but most things do. The worst thing you can do with isolation is isolate more this will make things much harder when the time comes to actually having to do them. I know it’s hard but you CAN do it stay strong!
