To make blank food blank you need to know which nutrients your body requires, in what blank and which foods blank them​

Look at any packaged food and you'll see the food. The nutrition facts label on your favorite breakfast cereal tells you it's full of vitamins.  Foods that are labeled "USDA organic" are required to have at least 95% organic ingredients. Some have "empty calories" because they usually don't offer a lot of other nutrients.
