Yes. Drinking water helps boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste and acts as an appetite suppressant. Also, drinking water helps your body stop retaining water, leading you to drop the extra pounds of water weight.
 

Yes it would make you lose weight but only if you exercise right and eat healthy and u have to drink 8 cups of water a day it helps a lot, i have done it  and also because your body is mostly made out of water basically 100% of it so is best to dink water and you will lose weight so maybe it will help hope it does :D
