How are the cultures and people of the americas different than europe in 1491?

They had their own sort of civilization and their own set of religious beliefs. They relied more the help of their family as opposed to strangers. Their work presented immediate satisfaction and allowed for self worth without needing to search for a greater purpose. Goods were traded for other goods, not for currency.

One of the major weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation was that  the major downfall of the Articles of Confederation was simply weakness. The federal government, under the Articles, was too weak to enforce their laws and therefore had no power. The Continental Congress had borrowed money to fight the Revolutionary War and could not repay their debts
