The French Revolution was transformative .most obviously,it reduces the map of central Europe and destroyed the Holy Roman Empire . But it also turned Germany into a constitutional laboratory. That process began in 1806 , with the Napoleonic puppet states and the new constitutions graned in Baden and elsewhere .

I would have voted against it because it was weak in power, and the Federal Government didn't have the power enforce laws. The tried to take away the Judicial branch or national courts (The System). And the Amendments needed to have a unanimous vote.
