The 29th U.S. President Warren G. Harding's rule remained the hot subject of discussion in the history along with the Washington Naval Conference which was a well known Disarmament conference under his presidency.
Options B & D
Explanation:
The 29th President of the U.S. Warren G. Harding served his country for a span of two years from 1921 to 1923. But, inspite of all his great efforts and wisdom, his presidency was marked black for the Teapot Dome Scandal and appreciated for the Washington Naval Disarmament conference.
The Teapot Dome scandal was marked as a bribery scandal under his presidency for which Secretory of the Interior Mr. Albert Bacon Fall was responsible for leasing the Navy Petroleum reserves at Teapot Dome, to some private companies at low rates without any competition. With this, Fall became the first presidential cabinet minister to be imprisoned.
The another remarkable thing during the presidency of G. Harding was a successful Naval Disarmament Conference for all major countries such as Japan, China, France, Britain, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy and Belgium with the U.S., held in Washington on 12th November 1922. This was marked as the first arms control conference in the history. These are the two significant incidents held under the presidency of Warren G. Harding.
