A. Social Darwinism

Explanation:

Charles Darwin attempted to explain the evolution of organisms on Earth by saying that the stronger organisms survived because they were able to adept to the environment better. This was called Darwinism.

People took this concept and applied it to other forms of life including the social sphere. A concept known as Social Darwinism came up where rich people attempted to justify their wealth by saying that the strong in society were supposed to get richer and more powerful whilst the weak were to get poorer.
