There were relentless campaigns that were conducted by Georgia to remove Cherokee who had occupied the territories along the borders of Alabama, Tennessee, and Carolina however the Cherokees later created their government constitution. They also restructured and declared to the American authority that they were part of the nation, and they will not quit without their consent.

The state, however, took a step and abolished their government annexed the lands and created a process of seizing them by distributing their property.
