What is the difference between confucian' point of view pn the human nature of men and han feizi point of view of human nature

Both views of humanity are generally secular, but Confucianism's view of human nature can be described as more idealistic, while human nature according to the Han Feizi is more calculating and realpolitik. 
Confucianism believes man has an intrinsic moral nature, and although not the only source of his actions, is what makes man truly unique and what drives his altruistic actions in regard to family and society. Confucianism believes that man should continue to cultivate this side of himself, his true nature, in order to create a more harmonious society.
Han Feizi, a work based in the Chinese political philosophy of legalism, contends that human nature is truly interest-based, that all men act strictly according to their own interest, and that a more successful government can be created by cultivating these interests and manipulating citizens according to their interests. 

They operate within the executive branch to help carry out federal policies.
