Why did both Italy and Germany try and win the loyalty of the nation’s children? Why did Mussolini and Hitler encourage women to get married young and have lots of children?

Because the children were the future of Germany and if they already had their loyalty then they would grow up to teach there children the same principles. Because they wanted to have more Aryans so they could build stronger armies and have a large pure aryan community while weeding out the Jews.
