Why did ideas of the great awakening cause colonists to be more receptive to the idea of revolution?

The Great Awakening was a religious renaissance that greatly affected the English colonies in America during early-mid 18th century, as this 'new light' on Christianity helped colonists evolve their ideas of their own culture and identity and inspired the thoughts of nationalism and individual rights.

The revolution in agriculture was essential to the Industrial revolution. Agriculture is very labor intensive, it took all day to get anything done. 
So after farming was modernized, people had more time to focus on other things like improvements in manufacturing industries.
