The farmers elected George Washington as president of the Constitution Conversation. This is a historical example of democratic rule and this is also an example voting and elections. The people elected and voted for George Washington. The colonial assemblies that developed in the colonies. This is a great historical example of a self ruling government, the government didn’t have limits on its power and was able to do what it wanted when wanted, without having any outside opinion from the people.
