A hotel that has 80 rooms can rent all of them if the rental price per day is $300, but it has noticed that for each $6 of increase in the rental price, it would have an empty room. Determine:
a) The rental price of room in order to get a maximum income.
b) Amount of maximum income.
c) The number of rooms that would be empty when the income is maximum.
