6 squares of bittersweet chocolate
2 squares semisweet chocolate
1 1/4 stick butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
3 large eggs
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 tablespoons orange liqueur
Use proportions to increase the recipe to serve 30 people (1 serving per person).
