Alright this one is a bit tricky,

here are the numbers 3 5 6

If the height is 6 to figure out the base we have to do 5 times 6 which is 25

Now we add 3 to 25 we get 28

So To find the area we know to do base times Height , so we do

28 x 6b = 84   Therefore your answer is 84 cm
