Aweb search or a look into your textbook will yield the formulas for area and volume of a cylinder.total surface area:   a = 2πr² + 2πrhor  a = 2πr(r+h)for your cylinder, this is  a = 2π(16.5 cm)(16.5 cm +28 cm) = 1,468.5π cm² ≈ 4613.43 cm²volume of a cylinder:   v = πr²hfor your cylinder, this is  v = π(16.5 cm)²(28 cm) = 7623π cm³ ≈ 23,948.36 cm³for whatever reason, google now refuses to let me see your document, so i can't you with questions 6-8.as i recall, one of them had to do with cost. multiply the cost per square cm by the number of square cm in the area above. if i remember right,  ($0.0012/cm²)×(4613.43 cm²) ≈ $5.54
